ATL's Quality Policy is to continuously strive for greater customer satisfaction through constant improvement in quality, service, and value.

Quality Expectations
The ATL expectation is that the need for quality products and services will not be sacrificed for short-term objectives.

Planning For Quality
New processes shall be evaluated using the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) method.

Quality Documentation
Each manufacturing facility shall maintain a document system which complies with ISO9000 requirements.

Sampling Plans
Mil-Std-105 and C=0 sampling plans are used at ATL facilities.

Quality System
Basic system requirements are based on ISO9000.

Continuous Improvement
ATL will strive to maintain a system, which pushes for new and better ways of controlling quality and producing superior products. The key components of this system are internal and external corrective action, and the use of data in identifying the top issues for improvement.

Customer Focus
Customer expectations and needs are carefully monitored and addressed by management on a regular basis. ATL's business philosophy includes the requirement that customer focus be an area of strength.

Customer Audits
Customer audits will be welcomed as an important tool for continued improvement and/or new ideas. ATL will be completely open with data, procedures, and plant operation. Basic quality documentation will be provided in English or other languages, which assist the customer in assessing quality system methods and application.
